A. 否定句語序 — was / were + not + 動詞-ing
過去進行式的否定句，只要在 was / were 正後方放入 not 就完成了。依照主詞選用 was not / were not，後面的動詞則依 was / were + not + 動詞-ing 的語序，維持 -ing 形態不變。

B. 縮寫 — wasn't / weren't
