enough는 형용사·부사를 수식할 때 반드시 그 뒤에 오고, 이어서 to 부정사가 붙습니다. 어순은 형용사·부사 + enough + to V 로 통째로 익혀 두세요.

C.  부정 표현 — not + 형용사·부사 + enough + to 

'…할 만큼 충분히 ~하지 않다'는 부정은 not이 be동사·조동사 자리에 붙고 뒤 어순은 그대로 유지됩니다. 뜻이 비슷한 too ~ to 구문은 초점이 '과함'에 있고, not enough to는 초점이 '부족함'에 있습니다.
