A. 否定句的語序 — be 動詞 + not + going to + 原形動詞
be going to 的否定句只要在 be 動詞正後面放進 not 就完成了。語序只有 主詞 + be + not + going to + 原形動詞 這一種，很單純。

會話中 is not → isn't、are not → aren't 這樣縮寫，而 am not 沒有縮寫形式，只能用 I'm not going to 這一種說法。going to 本身不縮寫，原樣保留。

C. 和 won't 的語感差異 — 否定計畫 vs 臨場拒絕
be not going to 是「已經定下的計畫裡沒有、不在預定之中」的語氣，而 won't 比較接近「我不要~、我不會做」這種臨場的拒絕或意志。兩種文法上都對，但依情境不同，自然的說法也不同。
