every / all
every 是「所有的 (一個一個)」的意思，要搭配單數名詞和單數動詞；all 是「所有的 (整體)」的意思，要搭配複數名詞、不可數名詞和複數動詞。意思看起來很像，但後面接的名詞和動詞形態不同，這就是兩個字的核心差異。
概念說明
every 是「所有的~ (一個一個)」的意思，要搭配單數名詞和單數動詞；all 是「所有的~ (整體)」的意思，要搭配複數名詞、不可數名詞和複數動詞。意思看起來很像，但後面接的名詞和動詞形態不同，這就是兩個字的核心差異。
A. every — 單數名詞和單數動詞
every 一定要和單數名詞一起使用，後面的動詞也要用單數形(加 -s 的形態)。請把every + 單數名詞 + 單數動詞 這個組合當成一組背起來。

B. all — 複數名詞、不可數名詞和複數/單數動詞
all 要和複數名詞或不可數名詞一起使用，可數的複數後面用複數動詞，不可數名詞後面用單數動詞。all 後面接 the、所有格的情況也很常見。

C. every 和 all 的差異 — 觀點不同
every 的焦點在「一個一個、一件一件」，all 的焦點在「把整體綁成一團」。同樣的情況兩種說法都能表達，但強調的觀點彼此不同。
