A. 倍數詞 — twice, three times, half
倍數詞是表示幾倍的說法，有 twice(兩倍)、three times(三倍)、four times(四倍)、half(一半)、a third(三分之一)等。它一定要放在 as 或比較級前面，在句子裡像副詞片語一樣運作。

倍數詞 + as + 原級 + as 是表示「是~的幾倍…」的代表性倍數比較句型，形態上的重點是原級維持原樣不變。倍數詞 + as + 原級 + as = 倍數詞 + 比較級 + than 這兩種方式意思相同。

C. 倍數詞 + 比較級 + than — 比較級型倍數比較
倍數詞 + 比較級 + than 是用比較級句子來表達相同意思的方式，倍數詞放在比較級前面，後面再接 than + 比較對象。兩種方式表示的情況完全一樣，依照上下文選用就可以了。
