A.  Reduzida absoluta — sujeito diferente da principal 

Quando as duas orações têm sujeitos diferentes, o sujeito da adverbial não pode ser apagado e fica logo antes do particípio. A ordem é sujeito + particípio.

B.  Reduzida impessoal — sujeito genérico apagado 

A reduzida impessoal é a forma que se cristalizou em certas expressões, quando o sujeito da adverbial era gente em geral, como we·they·one·people, e por isso foi apagado. O sujeito é outro, mas aqui, por exceção, ele não fica.
